Refund policy

Eligibility for Returns

We want you to feel confident in every Breezy piece. If you're not fully satisfied, you may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order, provided the item is:

  • Unworn and unwashed

  • In its original packaging, with all tags attached

  • Not marked as final sale or custom-made

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Items marked as final sale or discounted

  • Custom-made garments

  • Gift cards or promotional vouchers

How to Request a Return

To initiate a return, please email us at info@breezybyomnia.com with your:

  • Order number

  • Reason for return

Once your request is approved, you’ll receive detailed return instructions.

Return Shipping (UAE Orders)

Breezy covers all return shipping fees within the UAE.
Customers will never pay for return shipping on UAE orders.

Refunds

Refunds are processed within 7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.

  • Refunds are issued to your original payment method.

  • Shipping fees (from the original order) are non-refundable.

Exchanges

We’re happy to offer exchanges for a different size or color of the same design, subject to availability.

  • Contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.

  • Once we receive the returned item, your exchange will be processed promptly.

  • Exchange shipping within the UAE is free.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery.

We will arrange one of the following at no cost to you:

  • A free exchange, or

  • A full refund, including return shipping

Duties & Taxes (International Orders)

International shipments may be subject to import duties, customs fees, and taxes once they arrive in your country. These charges:

  • Are the responsibility of the customer

  • Are not controlled or predicted by Breezy by Omnia

International orders may experience customs delays.
As the importer of record, you are responsible for complying with your country’s regulations.
